As an office-based Project Manager, you will play a vital role in our production team, overseeing the development and delivery of high-quality retail design concepts. Your focus will be on managing prototypes and production, ensuring all processes adhere to our ISO 9001 quality standards and leveraging your knowledge of sustainable materials to comply with our ISO 14001 certification.

You will collaborate closely with the deployment team to ensure seamless global distribution and installation, delivering projects that meet the highest standards and exceed client expectations.

 The Role:

  • Reporting directly to the Head of Production, you will be responsible for managing multiple projects of medium to high complexity.
  • The role requires excellent organisation and ability to prioritise effectively to deliver in line with customer expectations and Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
  • As a Production Project Manager, you will need to have a good technical and a practical understanding of manufacturing and materials.
  • Flexibility to manage and adapt to fast-paced changes and deadlines.
  • Good eye for detail to ensure quality control of supplier goods meets specifications and is fit for purpose.
  • Understanding of sustainable materials and production processes.
  • Ability to follow standard processes and identify potential issues, understanding when to escalate.
  • Leading programme management, reporting and risk management, with a proactive approach to finding solutions and making decisions.

Role Responsibilities:

  • The role involves you managing your own time, working collaboratively with key business users
  • Co-ordinating, administering and activating production projects, with a focus on quality
  • Collaborate (external suppliers, partners and Internal colleagues) delivering quick effective communication at all times
  • Able to identify and eradicate the risks on a project ensuring that key priorities are dealt with in the most practical order Oversee the daily quality control (QC) compliance, reacting quickly any obstacles and challenges
  • Commercial awareness and a thorough understanding of the industry and competitive environment.
  • Responsible for creating suppliers POs and handling commercials such as budget management
  • Analysing project progress and, when necessary, adapting scope / timelines and costs
  • Producing quality check reports (internal and external)

  • Proficient planning, diary management and multitasking skills
  • Exceptional attention to detail with proven problem-solving abilities
  • Confidence and ability to build relationships
  • A background in the retail display / POP industry
  • Excellent Communication Skills and be highly organised
  • Proficient in Microsoft excel
