Garmin
Retail Display
Roll out.
ISI Global were set the task of creating a fully modular unit that could accept a variety of product in Garmin’s new cycling computer range; flexible enough to accept different quantities of product, versatile enough to accept different Garmin ranges, and adaptable enough to be free standing, wall or counter mounted.
The main structure was made from a mild-steel base plate and frame to ensure there was enough strength to support the 1800mm x 1300mm Foamex graphic and an oversized cut-out running man, which was layered to create depth and bring the visual to life. We had to develop a high-quality retail display that was able to capture the elements from the visual campaign ‘Outrun Yourself’ and provide stand out in a busy retail environment. We used a 2x2m floor vinyl to better command the retail space and positioned 3 shoe towers at dynamic angles to disrupt shopper flow across the area.
Retail units:

Our teams devised a clever and bespoke security system to future proof the unit for any new product that Garmin might launch. The design allows shoppers to see all the available products on the outer ring, whilst also creating a focal point for the primary product to be seen centrally. The key was to allow interactivity and communicate each products function. Live products could be interacted with and easily updated by store staff whilst being fully secure.

Units were rolled out across multiple UK independents and following on from the successful launch a new compact display was developed exclusively for Halfords. This Category Management System was rolled out Nationwide in Halfords stores, and displayed Garmin products alongside competitors with engaging video. We have since been appointed to Design and Manufacture POS within Key accounts: Tesco, DSG. A lasting relationship now stands that ISI Global handles Garmin retail POS projects.
Successful roll out.
Following on from our previous successes we were approached to handle the development of a PAN European roll out for various new Counter Top Units with implementation of artwork for various language variations including detailed instruction kits for European stores.
