We use a CMS system which gives us instant access to POS units and provides analytics in real time allowing us to run reports on shopper’s behaviour, gender, age brackets, number of interactions, customer journey and dwell time. Any down time can be reviewed and content easily reviewed and updated.

Our global maintenance support programme ensures any unexpected errors with digital content or POS can be assessed and any issues fixed promptly either via the CMS system or through our extensive network of in-store merchandisers.
