Ordering Portal.

We can offer clients access to our remote global ordering portal, this service allows us to remotely collate and manage orders in real-time. We tailor-make a bespoke portal site for each client and host visuals of relevant displays so retail managers across the globe can then log on and place unit orders to prepare for product rollouts. When the window for ordering closes, we send a summary report to our client’s central head office for approval and confirmation.

Placing orders.

Each user will have their unique details and password to access the Portal, and an unlimited number of users can be set up. Approved POS is loaded for users to place orders. There are different categories a user can select from. All catalogue items can be easily located using the Item Search function.

Live reporting.

The system allows brands to download a live report which gives insight into what each market is ordering.  We are happy to do this for clients and send it to the main point of contact.  This helps everyone understand different markets in store requirements.
