Overview.
As part of HP’s ongoing ‘digital future’ strategy, we helped develop, produce and deploy a network of qualitative retail POS units into EMEA and global markets and are providing ongoing maintenance support and digital updates.

We initially provided HP with a family of retail display units to support digital content to help provide consumers with a more interactive buying experience and give detailed product information. With each new product launch we provide tailored digital content which we update through a content management system.

We initially provided HP with a family of retail display units to support digital content to help provide consumers with a more interactive buying experience and give detailed product information. With each new product launch we provide tailored digital content which we update through a co-developed data tool and combined content management system.
Real time analytics.
This system gives us instant access to the POS units and provides analytics in real time allowing us to run reports on shopper’s gender, age brackets, number of interactions, customer journey and dwell time. Collectively with HP our data can be mapped alongside live sales from retailers EPOS reports to provide conversion rates against specific campaigns. Any down time can be reviewed and content easily reviewed and updated.
Ongoing support.
Supporting HP with their digital strategy.
Our global maintenance support programme means any problems with digital content or POS can be assessed and any issues fixed promptly either via the CMS system or through our extensive network of in-store merchandisers. We have worked with HP for the last 2 years globally in supporting their digital future strategy which aims to cut down on POS waste by moving to updatable digital content.

This is a retained service which allows us autonomy and flexibility to provide a holistic in-store brand experience for HP.

Dwell time.
Our digital and POS partnership with HP has ensured the brand has stayed reactive to product launches and consumer feedback on content for each launch. Small edits to content can have a huge effect on dwell time, brand awareness and product selection resulting in increased purchases made.
